By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hijbaji platform — including the website at hijbaji.net, any associated mobile application, or any other channel through which hijbaji services are delivered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and hijbaji (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hijbaji platform and close your account if one has been created.

hijbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of hijbaji following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where specific product terms, bonus terms, or promotion-specific rules exist, those rules supplement and take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of hijbaji is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hijbaji strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hijbaji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a hijbaji account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

hijbaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity in order to gain access to hijbaji will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited, and hijbaji reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

To access the full range of hijbaji services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times by updating your account profile or by contacting support.

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on hijbaji. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. hijbaji will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hijbaji support immediately. hijbaji may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while an investigation is carried out.
• Account transfers: Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

hijbaji employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores player credentials using industry-standard hashed protocols. While hijbaji invests significantly in platform security, no system is entirely immune to attack, and players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

All financial transactions on hijbaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hijbaji does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which hijbaji accepts no liability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, or to a verified account belonging to the registered player. hijbaji reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

hijbaji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments where a player's account is subject to an ongoing verification, investigation, or dispute resolution process. In such cases, hijbaji will communicate the reason for the delay to the player via the registered email address as promptly as practicable.

hijbaji offers sports betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as casino games powered by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets on hijbaji:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hijbaji does not accept requests to cancel or amend a placed bet except as expressly provided in market-specific rules or where a bet has been accepted in error due to a technical fault on hijbaji's part.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — including but not limited to feed failures or technical glitches — hijbaji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• hijbaji uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino and slot games. RNG certificates are maintained with reputable third-party testing laboratories to ensure game fairness.
• In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time by hijbaji's trading team without prior notice, including during active match play. Bets placed before a suspension took effect will stand subject to normal settlement rules.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and other exceptional circumstances are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market, accessible from within the sportsbook interface.

hijbaji's decisions regarding bet settlement are final. Where a player disputes a settlement outcome, a formal complaint may be submitted to the hijbaji support team as described in the Dispute Resolution provisions below.

hijbaji offers a range of bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is set out in the promotion's individual terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of opt-in.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute between 50–100% depending on the odds. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit of ৳500 applies unless the promotion terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

hijbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account remains subject to the terms in place at the time it was credited.

Players must use hijbaji in a lawful and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their express consent and without disclosure to hijbaji.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software robots, automated scripts, crawlers, data-harvesting tools, or any artificial intelligence technology to interact with the hijbaji platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sports event or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerability of the hijbaji platform. Players who discover such a vulnerability are obligated to report it to hijbaji support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by hijbaji.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward hijbaji staff or other platform users.

hijbaji reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct, at its sole discretion: issuing a formal warning, suspending account access, permanently closing the account, forfeiting account balances derived from prohibited activity, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies where warranted by applicable law.

Either the Player or hijbaji may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your hijbaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. Before closing your account, you must settle any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within five business days of the account closure being confirmed.

Company-initiated suspension: hijbaji reserves the right to suspend a player account immediately and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the platform;
• An unresolved identity or age verification issue;
• A request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• A technical or security incident that puts player funds or platform integrity at risk.

Following a company-initiated suspension, hijbaji will investigate the circumstances and notify the player of the outcome within a reasonable period. Where the suspension is confirmed as permanent, the player will be informed of any entitlement to the return of verified real-money funds. Bonus funds and associated winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will not be returned.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Player and hijbaji with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
